2. Commit to a date for admission. Desirable time frame is within three days from the decision to enroll. Waiting for holidays to come, birthdays, etc. is asking for trouble. Besides, waiting leaves too much time to chance.
3. Choose method of transport for your student. Although it is not advisable to escort your teen, you can. It usually does not work because their level of honesty is not typically coming from a place of integrity. They run away before you can get on the way or clearly have their own agenda and not one with your plan in mind (to actually go to the school). Teen escorts are very safe and reliable options. We have a list of approved AAA rated escorts (have their own fee schedule).
   
4. Decide on payment method. Options are:
   • Personal or Cashiers check
   • Credit card
   • Education loan (most frequently selected method due to great interest rates from the loan sources we have available to you). To apply for a loan contact your Teen Soulutions consultant at 1-800-429-6099 or CLICK HERE to fill out this form. You really want to apply for a loan even if for pre-approval. The admissions process is easier and quicker just in case you need to be admitted SOONER than you anticipated. Loans are usually a 24-hour turn around.
5. Order uniform if not part of tuition cost (see last two pages of enrollment agreement for specific instructions on uniforms and what to send with bring your child).
6. Fill out Enrollment Agreement entirely. WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT IN OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL in order to process your childs enrollment properly. Otherwise, you may not get your initial phone calls in a timely manner with your Family Representative, your vital link between you and your child.
7. Gather necessary documents:

• SS card (or number)
• Birth Certificate
• Copy of Insurance Card
• Divorce Decree copy (if applicable - ex spouse can sign consent form in lieu of contract Death Certificate (if applicable)
• Transcripts and immunization records can be sent in at a later date
